Here are a couple of bottles I found while working near Ports Island a few days ago. A very nice early 3 piece black glass bottle c. 1830s, a beautiful amethyst coloured perfume bottle with a sheared top c. 1850s and a stoneware fragment from an old jug...these were all found as I was heading back to my boat and were mostly covered in sand, however I did recognise the shapes
