Some recent finds from the harbour include some nicely embossed medicines, an early pontilled small wine bottle, beer bottles, clay pipe bowls, a nice silver tea spoon and lots of bottle and pottery shards

 Lots of broken marble bottles and and two intact ones found while working in Red Hole. These were found in the swing of moving heavy mooring chain. The intact ones are a rare Gosling's marble bottle and a super rare J. E. Lightbourn & Co. torpedo marble bottle. Back in the early days playing marbles was quite fun for young kids... so many of these bottles were broken to get the marbles out
